Whistleblower system
An important part of our corporate philosophy is characterised by our ‘we’ culture, because togetherness makes us as strong, innovative and flexible as we are. We meet each other in open dialogue. We would therefore like to encourage you to do the same.
You can use our whistleblower system to quickly and easily report information about serious misconduct that affects our company or the well-being of employees and third parties. It does not matter whether your report involves an incident in our company or at our suppliers. Corruption, fraud, theft or illegal agreements are just as unacceptable as discrimination or a breach of other laws and regulations.
Please use the whistleblower system responsibly. It must not be misused to denounce others. Therefore, please only provide us with information that you are convinced is correct to the best of your knowledge and belief.
Details on how the system works, the anonymity of the person providing the information and data protection can be found under the headings ‘FAQ’ and ‘Data protection notice’. Every report will be treated with absolute confidentiality.
Please note that complaints, questions about products and other information must be submitted via the usual contact channels (contact form, supervisor, works council, HR department, etc.).
